TENDER'S EMBROIDERY PROGRAM AND ITS DOCUMENTATION ARE THE PROPERTY OF THE AUTHOR - ELENA DENISENKO.
The author possesses all the rights for these materials, and these rights are protected by the laws of Ukraine, Russia, the Commonwealth of Independent States and international copyright laws. No part of these materials cannot be reproduced or modified in any way without a written permission of the Author. Tender's Embroidery use implies the acceptation of the determined terms and conditions. The Author reserves herself all the rights, that are not mentioned evidently.

The author has made some precautions to avoid possible damage because of Tender's Embroidery work in your systems. However, we cannot be responsible for any damage or other loss, appearing as the result of Tender's Embroidery work in your system. It is implied, that the user fully accounts for the use of this program either the harm is connected to the operator's mistake or the program's one.
NO GUARANTIES ARE IMPLIED OR EVIDENTLY MENTIONED.

Registered versions of Tender's Embroidery are protected from coping and are not and will never bee free pieces of software. It is not allowed to anybody (except the Author) to take the fee for the distribution these versions without a written permission of the Author.
TENDER'S EMBROIDERY IS NOT INTENDED FOR FREE DISTRIBUTION.

Author provides an unlimited license for creation and distribution of the unregistered demo version that were made by the author. It is not allowed to make any modification of the package files, including the documentation files. All the examples of the embroideries gallery and the demo versions were created by Elena Denisenko and are free.
All other copyrights, logos and trade marks are the properties of their owners.
